Module 2 — Applying Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Practices

Workplace safety, hazard control and safe training environments.

Module 3 — Applying ICT Facilities for Training and Assessment

Using computers, software and digital tools in delivery and assessment.

Module 4 — Practicing Inclusivity

Inclusive, gender-responsive and learner-centred training practice.

Module 5 — Maintaining Training Equipment and Facilities

Care, storage and upkeep of tools, equipment and training spaces.

Module 6 — Maintaining and Enhancing Professional Competence

Continuous professional development and ethical conduct.

Module 7 — Designing and Modifying Competency-Based Learning Materials

Developing and adapting CBLMs to competency standards.

Module 8 — Organizing Competency Based Training Sessions

Planning sessions, resources and learner support.

Module 9 — Delivering Competency Based Training

Facilitating effective, competency-based training delivery.

Module 10 — Designing and Developing Competency-Based Assessment

Building assessment tools, criteria and evidence plans.

Module 11 — Organizing and Conducting Competency Assessment

Planning and carrying out fair, valid competency assessments.
